福祉施設の設計メソッド～その１

現在、弊社では大型児童福祉施設を手掛けています。
現場に完成予想図が掲示されています。

今日は、保育園や老人ホーム等福祉施設の設計メソッドについて、お話します。

まず、児童福祉施設、子供たちの安全と快適さを最優先に考え、成長と発達をサポートする環境を提供することが求められます。

1. 安全性の確保

セキュリティ対策

• アクセスコントロール: 不特定多数の人が施設に流入出来ない・しづらい、システムの導入。
• 観察機能: 人的・機械的（カメラ等）により、安全を常にモニタリングします。

避難経路の設計

• 明確な避難ルート: 火災や災害時に迅速に避難できるよう、避難経路を明確に表示します。

2. 子供たちの成長を促す環境

適切な遊び場の設置

• 屋内外の遊び場: 子供たちが自由に遊べるスペースを確保し、年齢に応じた遊具を設置します。
• 安全な素材: 遊具や遊び場の素材は、非毒性で安全なものを使用します。

教育的な要素の取り入れ

• 学習スペース: 図書室や学習室を設け、子供たちが学ぶ環境を提供します。
• 自然とのふれあい: ガーデンや小さな農園を作り、子供たちが自然とふれあいながら学べる機会を提供します。

3. ユニバーサルデザインの導入

バリアフリー設計

• 段差の解消: 車椅子やベビーカーでも移動しやすいように、段差をなくします。
• 幅広い通路: 通路やドアは幅広く設計し、全ての子供たちが自由に移動できるようにします。

視覚的な工夫

• 色使い: エリアごと配色など、視覚的な刺激を与えるとともに、わかりやすい案内を提供します。
• 視覚支援: 視覚障害を持つ子供たちのために、点字や音声案内を取り入れます。

木質化

• ぬくもり: 視覚的にも触覚的にも温かみを感じさせます。こ
• 心理的安定: 木は心理的な安定やストレスの軽減に効果があるとされています。

視覚的な工夫等は、アトリエアイズが特に他社よりも力点を置いています。機能だけでなく、心穏やかに過ごせるよう、色彩計画はカラーセラピストのメソッドで提案しています。 また、木などの天然素材を用い、施設全体が居心地の良い、安心感のある空間に設計します。子供たちにとっては、冷たいコンクリートや金属と比べて、木材の温かみは心理的に落ち着きをもたらします。 そのほかにも・・・その2へ I am Hiroyasu Imai, representative and managing architect of atelier iz. Currently, our company is working on a large child welfare facility. A rendering of the completed project is posted at the site. Child welfare facilities such as nursery schools are required to give top priority to the safety and comfort of children and provide an environment that supports their growth and development. We place more emphasis on visual innovation than other companies. The color scheme is proposed using the method of a color therapist, not only for functionality but also for peace of mind. In addition, we will use natural materials such as wood to design the entire facility to be a comfortable and secure space. For children, the warmth of wood is psychologically calming compared to cold concrete or metal.
